Who are we?

Ciam is a revolutionary front-of-house display solution that combines Italian style and design with the newest innovative technology. Established in 1977, we have dedicated our company to developing the highest quality and most beautifully designed display cases and base cabinetry solutions for the Foodservice sector.

 

Our philosophy is to constantly look beyond. We consistently find new paths, develop new technology and explore the most revolutionary ideas by conjuring the innovative soul that lives within Ciam. We are constantly looking for avant-garde solutions without sacrificing our ethical stance on environmental protection. Respecting nature has always been one of our fundamental principles; it’s in our DNA.

Horizontal

This range features perfect ergonomics and energy-saving capabilities, a highly innovative horizontal display solution, whilst promoting the utmost hygiene standards with its easy access cleaning. Designed to be reliable in even the most severe ambient conditions, the Masters’ collection is the solution for anyone who desires the most from their equipment.

Vertical

Refrigerated wall cabinets with positive, low or hot temperature ranges. These tanks are monolithic and available in the following standard lengths: 600, 1000, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2400 (plus sides dimension). Standard cabinets feature open systems with a micro-fabric roller blind; however, eco, premium or double-glazed glass sliding doors can be provided. Shelves can be adjusted in height and are made in bent steel with an integrated lighting profile.

Counter

ICE DESIGN Gelato Showcase is the ice-cream showcase equipped with pure acrylic stone pans created and patented by the designer-gelatiere Raffaele De Angelis. The stone is utilised for its anti-bacterial, fireproof and waterproof properties. Once combined with the excellent mechanical and thermal resistance properties, it can retain the acquired cold and gradually release it.
